About ClearSkai

Built by a builder.
Owned by you.

ClearSkai is a software company for the physical-world industries the modern tech stack forgot, and a vehicle for putting that same technology into the hands of people who need it most.

The story

From the roof to the repo.

ClearSkai started in a truck. Years on storm-restoration crews and inspection sites taught us one thing: the software contractors are sold is built by people who've never set foot on a job site.

So we built our own. First for our team. Then for the contractors we knew. Then for the insurance and inspection world that kept asking, "can we have one too?"

Today ClearSkai is a small, senior engineering team based in Arizona, shipping websites, platforms, and AI tools for trades, insurance, and field-service businesses across the country. And every engagement carries a second mission inside it: Technology For Good.

Two missions, one company

We build technology contractors own.
And we use that success to fund technology that helps people.

Mission one

Make trades software that doesn't suck.

Websites that actually convert. Platforms that match how your crew really works. AI that takes paperwork off the truck, not adds to it. And at the end, you own every line of it.

Mission two

Put the same caliber of tools in the hands of nonprofits.

A share of every project funds donated builds for disaster response, rural healthcare, trades education, and conservation. The same engineers. The same standard. No invoice.

What we believe

Six rules we don't break.

Owners deserve ownership

Your code. Your keys. Your future. Always.

Tech should simplify work

Less software theater. More real outcomes in the field.

AI should empower humans

Augment the operator. Never replace the judgment.

Field work deserves elite tools

If it can't survive a roof or a storm, we don't ship it.

Data should move faster than storms

Insights when they matter, not after the fact.

No vendor lock-in. Ever.

We win when you win, long after the build.

If that sounds like your kind of software partner,

Tell us about the build. We'll tell you if we're the right team for it, and what the mission share funds along the way.
