ClearSkai Technologies ("ClearSkai," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1) Information we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, business name, email, phone number).
- Inquiry details (messages, project needs, free audit requests, service selections).
- Usage data (pages viewed, clicks, device/browser type, approximate location), typically through analytics tools.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
2) How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested audits/quotes
- Deliver services and communicate during onboarding/projects
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience
- Provide support and troubleshooting
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
2b) Product data in the ClearSkai Platform
Some ClearSkai products collect operational data on behalf of contractor customers. This includes property addresses and parcel details, job and claim records, customer and applicant contact information, supplier and material requests, and media captured during inspections.
- Wearable and field capture (SkaiInspect and SkaiSpecs). When an inspector starts a capture session on supported Meta AI glasses or a mobile device, we may process photos, video, audio, voice notes and transcripts, timestamps, and device and location metadata. Capture is user initiated. Recording is not continuous, and sessions are tied to a specific job or claim record.
- Property media and monitoring (SkaiView). We may process aerial and ground imagery, property condition records, monitoring events, and weather and storm data associated with a property.
- Third parties in captured media. Inspection media can include property occupants, bystanders, and adjacent property. Contractor customers are responsible for obtaining any consent or notice required by law in the places they operate, including consent required for audio recording in two party consent states.
- Automated damage processing. Captured media may be analyzed by AI systems to suggest damage findings, scope items, and documentation. Those outputs are drafts for human review, not final determinations. See our AI Disclosure.
3) How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help run our business (e.g., hosting, analytics, email, CRM, scheduling, payment tools). These providers may process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
4) Third-party services
Our website may use or link to third-party services (e.g., analytics, forms, scheduling, payment processors). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
5) Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
6) Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional, understand performance and usage, and improve marketing and conversions. Specific tools we may load include Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Stripe. You can opt in or out of analytics and marketing cookies at any time using the cookie banner's Preferences control. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of non-essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
7) Security
We use reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, scoped access, encrypted secrets, audit logging on admin actions). No website or data transmission is 100% secure.
8) Your rights & choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of analytics/marketing cookies, use the Preferences control in the cookie banner. To exercise other rights, email Damien@ClearSkaiTechnologies.com. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10) European/UK rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data. Our lawful bases include consent (cookies, marketing), contract (services we provide), and legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention). You may withdraw consent at any time and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11) Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
