TL;DR
We use AI to accelerate research, drafts, and code scaffolding. A human on our team reviews, edits, and approves every deliverable before you see it. You own the final output. We do not train public AI models on your data, and we do not use AI for regulated professional advice.
Our position
ClearSkai Technologies is a professional studio led by experienced practitioners. We ship modern, production-grade software, websites, and marketing systems. As part of standard modern workflow, we use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, code scaffolding, copywriting drafts, image generation, automations, and QA, the same tools used by virtually every leading software and creative studio in 2025+.
What that means for your project
- Every deliverable is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before handoff.
- AI is used for first-draft generation, pattern matching, and acceleration, not unattended autonomy.
- You receive working, owned, deployable code and assets, not raw AI output.
- We do not pass your private business data into public AI training corpora.
Tools we may use
Code & build assistants (Lovable, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT), image models (Midjourney, Imagen, DALL·E, Nano Banana), copy assistants, and analytics / SEO tools that incorporate AI features. The specific stack evolves continuously.
What we do NOT do
- Submit AI-generated content to you without human review.
- Use AI to provide regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial).
- Train third-party public models on your confidential data.
Ownership of AI-assisted deliverables
Once a deliverable has been human-reviewed, finalized, and you have paid in full, you own the final output, including code, copy, designs, and images we produce for your project, to the extent ownership is transferable under applicable law. AI-generated raw outputs are not delivered as standalone work products; what you receive is the human-reviewed, edited final asset. Generic boilerplate, libraries, and reusable internal tooling remain ours to reuse on future projects.
AI inside ClearSkai products
Several ClearSkai Platform products use AI on operational and field data:
- SkaiScraper drafts supplements, scope language, and summaries from job and claim records.
- SkaiInspect and SkaiSpecs transcribe voice notes and suggest damage findings from inspection photos and video captured on supported Meta AI glasses or a mobile device. Capture is user initiated and tied to a job record.
- SkaiView analyzes aerial and property imagery, and monitoring and storm signals, to flag possible property damage.
- SkaiMeasure uses automated processing to produce property and roof measurement reports.
Accountability
ClearSkai stands behind every deliverable as if it were 100% hand-crafted. If something we ship has a bug, a typo, or an issue, we own it and fix it, see our Terms of Service §10.
