Is this a donation?
No. This is a commercial sponsorship with benefits defined in a written agreement.
Does a partner receive equity or rights to ClearSkai technology?
No. Partnership does not include equity, software ownership or intellectual property rights.
What does category exclusivity cover?
At qualifying levels, it applies only to public recognition within this partner program for the agreed category and term. ClearSkai can continue serving other companies in that trade.
Must a partner become a software customer?
No. Product access and pilot participation depend on the selected level and written agreement.
